Szechenyi Baths in Budapest is one of the best and largest spa baths in Europe with its 15 indoor baths and 3 grand outdoor pools, saunas, steam rooms and even a rooftop spa greenhouse. We enjoyed Europe’s beloved bath complex in this historical building.

Today we have visited the Muila tribe.
They are living on the Huila Plateau in southern Angola.The women are famous for their ornate hairstyles, featuring thick nontombi mud-coated dreadlocks. They use a red stone call oncula to make a paste, mixed with oil, butter, tree bark and herbs; some even use dung. This is then embellished with shells, beads and even dried foods. The number of nontombi that a woman has is significant. Girls have four or six, but three denotes someone has died in the family. Muila women also wear mud necklaces, made in various styles, each one corresponding to a life stage. Young girls wear heavy red necklaces encrusted with beads; older girls wear yellow necklaces made of wicker covered with earth, called vikeka; and women who are married wear a set of stacked up necklaces encased in hard mud, called vilanda. They never take this off, not even to sleep.

I love scuba diving 🤿
One of my most unforgettable experiences was exploring the big bleu hole in Belize.
Belize’s Great Blue Hole is one of the country’s most famous attractions and is, without a doubt, one of the top diving sites in the world. Surrounded by the Lighthouse Reef atoll, the Great Blue Hole is a natural sinkhole that measures roughly 1,000 feet across and 400 feet deep. Seen from space, the center of the hole is a deep navy blue that stands out in a sea of aquamarine waters and white-sand beaches.

Some summers ago i made a big Balkan trip.My favourite country was Bosnia & Herzegovina. Travelling through the mountainous countryside with the bluest lakes and rivers, it reminded me of the Norweigan fjords.The architecture in the cities of Bosnia & Herzegovina is varied and fascinating. t’s such a beautiful country – I couldn’t believe how stunning the scenery was!
The Bosnian war took place between 1992 and 1995, so many of the scars are still visible in the burnt out buildings and bullet holes that scatter the streets.
